Rebuilt & Upgraded

Phoenix Hydraulic Presses can take your old PH Hydraulics or Phoenix press and make it like new again. This could be a great option if the cost of a new press is daunting or you don’t want to roll the dice with buying used equipment elsewhere.

The scope for each rebuild or upgrade project is specifically tailored to the age, condition, and purpose of the machine. A typical rebuild would include such things replacing cylinder seals, pump couplings, pressure gauges, critical hydraulic components, and hydraulic hoses, as well as a fresh paint job.  

Many times, we can also update older electrical controls, too, replacing obsolete PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) with newer models or adding more sophisticated instrumentation.
